We employ over 120 women, many being Syrian Refugees. They work very hard to rebuild their lives in a new country and offer a future to their children. Fo many bringing additional income to their homes prevents the older children from working and keeps them in school.
Sustainable and Fair trade wages are paid to all working women. They can work either from our workshop or from their homes choosing how many hours they work and when. Our workshop has a dedicated child area so that their littles ones are safe and happy while their Moms are busy.
We use locally sourced and GOTS certified organic cotton yarn. The facility producing the yarn uses earth friendly products and has an integrated water treatment facility. We wind our yarn ourselves in our workshop to create our particular yarn.
